We would like to thank everyone who supported Rosie’s Helping Hands trust from 2001 to 2017. It has been an incredible experience and far exceeded our initial expectations that the trust would operate for a year or two!

Over the years we have met some truly inspirational people working with children and young people many volunteers who give up their time to provide children with a safe environment to play, learn or take comfort and in doing so raise the hope and aspirations of young lives.

The children and young people who were involved in projects Rosie’s charity supported in the early years are now adults and sometimes our paths cross and they will comment on how they remember Rosie’s charity helped the organisation they were part of as children. This is quite a legacy.

None of this would have been possible without the loyal and generous support of everyone who gave to the charity, whether that was donation of money, goods or services, supporting an event, volunteering or just spreading the word. To our Trustees, Maxine Barlow, Roger Corbett, Carmel Dowdall, Dean Staples Lynn Strachan and Lynne Williams, we are forever in your debt as you guided us and supported us through the whole process of operating a successful charitable trust.

We thank each and every one from the bottom of our hearts for not
only bringing positivity to many children’s lives but also enriching
ours with your kindness and friendship.
