Funding of Projects.

Do you know of worthy cause working with children and/or young people in the Walsall area that would appreciate a helping hand? If so, please tell us so that the Trustees can consider supporting them from money raised at Rosie's Walk in July 2016.

We are interested in hearing about voluntary and charity groups and organisations that work with children and young people up to the age of 25 years.

The cause must be based within 15 miles of Aldridge, preferably Walsall area, and have an annual income of less than £150,000.

We are looking at providing donations from £100 to £500 which can be used to help purchase toys, books, computers, equipment, volunteer costs and lots more. Please note we DO NOT FUND running costs, salaries or individuals, national charities.

The causes we are already helping are: Clayhanger Community Centre with their children and youth clubs, Children’s ward at Walsall Manor Hospital, The Aldridge Great War Project for under 25 year olds, and the youth organisations that volunteer at Rosie’s Walk each year: Aldridge 425 Air Cadets and Walsall 1st & 36th Scout groups.

To send your nomination please email Karen Ross at mail@rosieshelpinghands.org and please include:

The organisation name and contact details (including website if they have one).

A short reason why you are putting them forward (no more than 250 words please).

Thank you, we look forward from hearing from you.
